I just wanted to write to tank Spencer Johnson. The book has helped me put some problems at work into perspective. What I didn't realise was that I'd put myself in the valley, and I was blaming everyone else for it, when I'm responsible for being there, and I am responsible for getting out of it. Thanks Ben
